will take one or two night stays on short notice only or if it
fits into our booking schedule. With all short stays, full payment
is due when reservation is made.

smoking in rooms or anywhere on our property
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
- Deposit of 50%
of total stay is required to secure reservation. Payable by check
or money order.
- Reservations
not secured by deposit within seven days may be cancelled.
- Balance is due upon arrival.
Payable in cash, traveler's check or credit card.
- During the
Christmas holiday season balance is due 60 days prior to arrival,
payable by check or money order
- We accept
MasterCard and Visa.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
- Cancellations must
be received 30 days before date of arrival to receive deposit
refund (minus $75 processing fee).
- Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation
occurs less than 30 days before date of arrival.
- During the
Christmas holiday season there are no refunds for any cancellations
or changes received 60 days or less from arrival date
- No refunds for early departure.
